Upon your arrival our organizers will greet you at the entrance and prepare your personal name tag which includes your first name, country of origin and stickers of the languages you speak or want to learn.

Country flags and displays on each table indicate the language currently spoken there. Of course, you can also talk to people individually across the room. The languages on their name tags will help you to find the right conversation partner for you.

Your name tag is a sign of belonging to our international community. It will help you to get in touch with other participants and make it easier for you to find the right conversation partners. You buy the name tag once and can use it at all following meetings.

As we have limited space available and many people usually attend our meetups, please RSVP for every event on Facebook, Meetup or via e-mail. Otherwise we cannot assure you a seat.

Usually our gatherings start at 7 p.m. and people stay until around 11 p.m. You can find all future events in our calendar as well as on Facebook and Meetup.

Since there is no fixed agenda, you can join our meetups whenever you want. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend you to arrive early, so you can grab a seat at your favorite language table.
